Job Description

WANT TO BE OUR NEXT SMART COOKIE?

We are looking for a TECH LEAD NODEJS (M/F) to join the awesomeness of the Global Savings Group in our headquarters in Munich. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

• Lead and hire for our high-performing teams of Developers in our offices in Munich and Skopje
• Manage teams who are responsible for 60+ global domains
• Oversee and review the daily operations to ensure compliance with standards
• Coordinate, attend and lead regular team meetings
• Set clear team goals and monitor the team performance
• Recognize high performance, reward accomplishments and devise strategies for individual performance improvement
• Coach and motivate all team members by encouraging creativity and risk-taking
• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with presentations and exposure to tasks that help practice new technologies
• Create an open communication culture, by  being open for feedback and supporting in conflict resolutions

Qualifications

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Relevant work experience in Leading tech employees
• At least 4 years of experience working with Nodejs applications
• Good knowledge in Frontend technologies and pagespeed optimizations
• Relevant noSQL knowledge
• Knowledge of AWS Services is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English, other language would be a plus
• Experience in Java, Angular is a plus
• Knowledge of Technical SEO is a plus
• Completed university degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
