We are looking for a Head of People and Culture (m/f) to join the awesomeness of GSG in our headquarters in Munich. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

• Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to aide in the development of people within the company
• Handle core HR processes of recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management and organizational planning
• You will lead, coach and develop the HR team ensuring that the highest quality of HR processes are implemented
• Champion our people philosophies and ensure we are building on our culture & living our values day-in-day out
• Exemplify the core values of the company acting as both a cultural leader internally and ambassador externally
• Regularly meet with everyone at the organization to identify and execute on areas where greater employee growth can be enabled
• Create and deliver training programs to support employee development outcome

Qualifications

Do you have what it takes?

• Completed university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Operations, or equivalent experience
• At least five years of experience in Human Resources in a start-up or another fast-paced environment including at least two years of leading the HR Team
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
• Expertise in organizational development, change management and leadership development
• A creative and effective history of building unique, world-class initiatives for employee learning and development
• Strong experience building culture at rapidly growing organizations
• Strong communication skills and a passion for improving the professional live of your colleagues
• “Teamwork” should not only be a word for you
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German (additional languages would be a plus)
