Job Description
- Drafting of a variety of commercial agreements relating to Lamudi’s platform, apps and other products
- In charge of Lamudi’s intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks as well as licensing and in this respect negotiation and drafting of software license and trademark license agreements
- Responsible for Lamudi’s world wide regulatory compliance system and reporting compliance issues to the board and strategic investors
- Preparation of quarterly board and annual board meetings
- Legal guidance and support for the complete life cycle of Lamudi’s products including but not limited to key partners in business development, product, finance and IT
- Legal guidance and support in Finance regarding all substantive legal intercompany connections and general company law areas.
- Legal guidance to key partners in human resources regarding all substantive employment law areas including the drafting of employment contracts
- You will directly report to the Head of Finance and work closely with the CEO
Qualifications
- You have at least completed the first state exam
- You have earned at least one year of relevant legal work experience within an international corporation or law firm
- You have a proven track record of quickly learning new areas of law and providing pragmatic risk-based advice
- You are highly collaborative person who supports their colleagues, who champions our mission and wants to win as a team
- Your analytical and structured approach will allow you to quickly grasp complex issues and to accurately display results even under time pressure
- You are fluent in English and German (speaking and drafting skills)
- We need you around 16hs weekly
