We take the hassle of laundry off our customers’ hands, so they can spend more time doing the things
they enjoy. To do this, we’ve created a cutting-edge, app-based service that allows our customers to have
their laundry collected and delivered back to them in as little as 24 hours.

Our service is available on mobile apps (iOS & Android) and via our website. We strive for operational
excellence and build solutions to serve large numbers of customer in a highly reliable and autonomous
manner.

We’re a young team of about 50 people across our three cities, with a great mix of previous professional
experience. Our backgrounds are diverse, both culturally and professionally. One thing we all have in

We are looking for a full-time Junior Editor UK (NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER), based in Berlin, starting as soon as possible.

Job Description

About the job

You will help planning, implementing and optimising new customer acquisition campaigns for our London market.

Online Marketing:

  • Creation of editorial content for advertising campaigns, customer emails,  landing pages and social media
  • You will support our Online Marketing Manager in optimising content for search and display campaigns for the British market
  • You will create and optimise content for our website with the goal to achieve top positions in search engines
  • You will be responsible for our communication on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

Offline Marketing:

  • You will analyse the market for the best activities to reach our target group offline, such as billboards, mailboxing, print ads, etc.
  • You will reach out to possible cooperation partners and negotiate campaign possibilities to increase Zipjet’s awareness

NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER

 

(sorry, no exceptions). German or French are a plus.


  • University degree in business, marketing, communications, mathematics or any related field
  • First experience in Online and/or Offline Marketing, ideally in a startup
  • You have a high affinity for numbers and a deep understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and a hands on mentality are essential to us
  • You are a very communicative and outgoing person
  • You are experienced with the MS Office package
