Job Description

We are looking for a Junior CRM Manager for our office in Berlin.

About the job

You will support Zipjet´s global CRM team with the main goal of communicating with our customers at the perfect time, via the best device with the most relevant content. 

• You will plan and execute communication campaigns to our customers via e-mail, push notification and direct mailings along the customer life cycle.
• You will be defining and segmenting audiences for targeted behavioral campaigns
• You will perform regular analysis and improvements of our campaign performances and country trends
• You will identify measures to increase customer retention and support the implementation through cross-functional projects

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for

• University degree in business, marketing, communications, mathematics or any related field
• You are VERY data driven, goal-orientated and possess great analytical skills – and, you set your own working standards in line with this
• You know important analytical methods and love crunching numbers
• You have good writing skills and creativity to create marketing related content
• You possess perfect communication skills in English. German or French are a plus 
• Knowledge in HTML and SQL complete your profile
