Ushift is an online marketplace for businesses to hire temporary staff. It connects employers
with locally available, and previously vetted, hourly workers. It is replacing the traditional
temp agencies with technology and cutting out the old interviews process. The goal is to
become the market leader for short term temporary staff.
Job Description
- Manage the offline & online marketing strategy and setup, for both employers &
jobseekers on the UShift platform - You will be responsible for driving app installs, customer acquisition and customer
retention with the help of a team under your leadership. - In charge of the tracking, analysis and optimisation of the campaigns with tools like
Facebook Ads Manager and GTM in order to reduce acquisition costs and meet
targets. - Take part in the recruiting and HR processes for our growing marketing team
Define the perfect workflow for the team in campaign set-up, optimization and
reporting and adjust it. - Responsible for identifying new online marketing opportunities and launching new
channels across multiple markets - You will work closely together with our design and product team
- Improve the CRM
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills; structured and disciplined
- Intensive knowledge of Performance Marketing (SEA, Facebook, Display)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Content and Affiliate Marketing
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing and technologies,
including paid search (Google AdWords) and social network advertising - Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
- Strong understanding of wider digital marketing channels and how they work
together with paid search and social - Confidence working in Google Analytics and making changes to improve data quality
and conversion tracking - Team management experience
