Vaniday is an online marketplace for beauty and wellness treatments. Our mission is to: 1. enable customers to discover, book and pay beauty services seamlessly 24/7 ; 2. build a sophisticated salon management software to help beauty salons and hairdressers manage their businesses. We are an international team of passionate individuals who strive to guarantee the satisfaction of our partners and customers. Launched in March 2015, Vaniday is now live in 3 countries worldwide: Singapore, Australia and UAE. In July 2015, Vaniday successfully raised €15 million in its first round of funding. We aim at transitioning the whole industry of beauty services from the offline to the online world. To achieve this, we are looking for brilliant and passionate individuals to join our global team.

Job Description

  • Define and execute the marketing strategy for Vaniday at both Global and Country level.
  • Design, implement and track end-to-end acquisition, engagement, retention and brand marketing initiatives for the region across both sides of the marketplace: supply and demand.
  • Design and Implement a b2b lead generation strategy for our salon management software that combines both paid and non-paid channels.
  • Plan and optimize budget and resources across all channels, both offline and online including CRM, SEO, SEM, Social Media paid and non-paid and more.
  • Launch innovative, fully integrated marketing initiatives across Digital, Social, Offline, BTL.
  • Directly work with the CEO on all facets of our marketing strategy and plan/execute seamlessly in sync with Product, Operations, and Legal teams at the local and regional level.
  • Create and grow a AAA marketing team.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience defining and implementing successful marketing strategies in fast-paced consumer environments.
  • Demonstrated operational experience in growth marketing across different acquisitions channels (SEO,PPC, Paid Social, Affiliation).
  • Portfolio of accomplishments in Brand marketing and marketing innovation.
  • Deep understanding of regional consumer and media landscapes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and persuasion skills at executive level.
  • The right attitude: drive, flexibility and energy in an ambiguous, changing and enjoyable environment.
  • Experience managing large marketing teams
