Job Description

As Lamudi's Head of Operations (m/f)  your key responsibility is to design, manage and improve all operational processes across departments with a focus on website listings uploading and quality control, customer service and Business Intelligence.

Your mission is to ensure that Lamudi's internal operations perfectly support our goal of becoming the go-to-marketplace for real estate.

Your key responsibilities:

• Data management team
• Uploading + Quality control teams
• Customer service + lead screening processes
• Design + execution of optimal processes across all operations teams
• Defining of operational KPI’s as well as operative monitoring and reporting
• Hiring, developing, managing and retaining a AAA team

Qualifications

• 1-5 years experience with start ups, top tier management consulting or investment banking
• Very strong communicator both in written and verbal skills
• Sales & negotiation skills• Attention to detail
• High sense of responsibility and commitment
• Good team management  and leadership
• Well organized & structured working style
• Team Player
• Fluency in spoken & written English and Spanish
