Job Description

You advise on all aspects of corporate law and corporate governance. You structure, draft and negotiate key VC and M&A transactions, financing rounds and investment agreements in close collaboration with the leading teams of internal and external professionals as well other agreements in the field of corporate law. You act as a trusted and competent legal business partner. 

Qualifications

• You have gained excellent first and second state examination in law (at least "vollbefriedigend")
• You already earned at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a leading law firm (or a corporate law department) with a focus on corporate law
• Ability to create creative contractual concepts as part of the development of new business models
• Strong understanding of business relations and complex issues
• High learning motivation and willingness to be quickly familiarized with new and special tasks
• Proven experience in negotiating complex contracts 
• Your analytical and structured approach allows you to quickly grasp complex issues and to accurately display results even under severe time pressure
• You possess a very hands-on mentality and love to work independently
• In addition to your high level of intercultural competence you show tremendous communication skills.
• You have excellent German and English communication skills
