Job Description

• To achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns you will 1. Perform tests, 2. Collect and analyze data and 3.Identify trends and insights.
• PPC initiatives and campaigns as well as website analytics will be 1. Tracked, 2. Reported and 3. Analyzed by you. 
• It will be crucial for you to manage campaign expenses, monthly costs and budgets to ensure the lean and efficient growth of your department.
• You will have to optimize copy and landing pages frequently to gain better results in SEM.
• In cooperation with our SEO team you will be handling the expansion and optimization of keyword research.
• When you have successfully established yourself in your area, you will get the possibility to lead your team members and develop their skills.

Qualifications

• You have 2-3 years of SEM experience below your belt.
• You know the ins and outs of online customer acquisition, conversion and performance marketing.
• You love to go into detail with different website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• You have been using bid management tools intensively and find them indispensable to your success.
• You are able to get conversion optimization to a new all-time high by testing through A/B and multivariate experiments. 
• You go above and beyond your work duties by staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices on SEM.
